Galvan's gorge is a popular stop on the Gibb River Road as it is only a very short walk in and a great place for a quick swim. Within minutes you will be greeted by another beautiful waterhole.
There is a huge old boab tree which presides over the waterhole and strikes an imposing figure. On the right hand side of the gorge is a small amount of rock art that is worth looking at
